St. Petersburg business is waiting for legal collapse to be solved
In 2011 investors and developers had faced new risk factors, which are even more shocking than the crisis itself. St. Petersburg was granted the status of historical urban territory, new high-rise landmarks have been declared illegal. Getting a permit for development project is even more complicated – the procedure is longer, and its results are unpredictable. Legislative uncertainty has put the implementation of many development projects to uncertainty.
