Full and Associated Members, basic information

Guild of Property Managers and Developers (GMD) is an open association of companies working in the real estate or related industries and branches of economy.

A company taking a decision about entering GMD fills in an application form and questionnaire and sends them to the GMD Directorate fax +7 (812) 640-60-70 or e-mail: press@gud-estate.ru

GMD Council reviews the application and takes a decision recorded in the meeting minutes. If the decision is positive, the GMD Directorate sends the applicant company an extract from the minutes about the decision and a bill for the entrance and annual membership fees. The first annual membership.
Companies registered in St. Petersburg and Moscow get bills and pay membership fees twice a year (for first half-year: January 1 – June 31; and July 1 – December 31).
Companies registered in other regions get bills and pay membership fees once a year.  

Full GMD members pay entrance fee of 30 thousand rubles. Annual fee for companies registered in Moscow and St. Petersburg is 36000 rubles. Annual fee fore regional companies is 18000 rubles.

Associated GMD member-companies pay entrance fee of 9000 rubles. Their annual membership fee is 18000 rubles. Associated members are the companies not directly involved into the urban development, property management or consulting activities.

After a company pays its entrance and year (half-year) fees by making the money transfer to the GMD account, it gets a certificate of the full (associated) member of the Guild of Property Managers and Developers. Since then it can enjoy all benefits and use services. See services and benefits.
GMD member-company appoints its representative responsible for communication with GMD and gives the contact data to the GMD Directorate.
