Guild of Property Managers and Developers (GMD or GUD) is the association of property managers, developers and other real estate professionals of Russia and CIS countries.
GMD strategic objectives are to enhance the growth of real estate market and increase professional expertise of member-companies.

History:
GMD was founded in 2002 by the leading property management companies of St. Petersburg. Since then the Guild was constantly growing to transform from a small professional union established to lobby professional interests into the large association, which represents Russian-CIS real estate industry on the international level.
Though the core companies of the Guild are developers and property manages, today it unites all sectors and professions of the real estate and related industries - from urban planners, architects and construction companies to legal advice, valuation and telecommunication businesses and corporations
