May 14. Moscow. Organizing Committee of PROEstate 2010 met in the RF Ministry of regional development . The meeting was chaired by Minister Viktor Basargin. 

The venue was explained by the meeting agenda, which concentrated on PROEstate preparations in the context of productive participation of Russian regional administrations and business in the Forum. Important contributions into discussion were made by Maxim Sokolov, Director of Department for industry and infrastructure in the RF Government, Yuri Molchanov, Vice Governor of St. Petersburg , V. Semenenko, GMD President, Chairman of St. Petersburg Construction Committee.

The speakers emphasized the Forum mission as the main platform for exchanges between authorities, Russian and interactional business. The challenge of PROEstate 2010 is to involve many more regions into the discussion of critical topics of urban development and real estate industry. The prepared Forum agenda will have more events and discussions important for decision-making at the regional and federal level.

Andreas Schiller, editor of Europe Real Estate and Investment Insight (Germany) noted: PROEstate is one of just a few B2B events in Russia, which has been made even stronger by the crisis. It gradually establishes itself as the place where regional delegations and projects meet Western expertise and business.

In conclusion of the meeting Minister Basargin said that the Ministry would support PROEstate program and proposed to hold another meeting of the Organizing Committee in July-August 2010, shortly PROEstate 2010.
