TETRA Electric group will present its Ecocity concept at the International Investment Forum PROEstate 2011.
The project is based on the European initiative “20/20/20”. By 2020 the energy and water consumption, as well as air contamination must be reduced by 20 percent of energy supply must come from renewable resources.
The EcoCity project includes several residential quarters and a mixed use complex.
Each housing quarter will have separate electricity and heat generators, air conditioning and ventilation systems, public utilities control & monitoring center. Residential area will include essential social infrastructure, such as a public services center, a center of creative activities for adults and work places for remote jobs. Mixed use complex will host office center, congress center, exhibition area, mini-hotel, fitness center, green zone, recreation area with a winter garden and other.
Ecocity is to comply with international ecological standards. The new district will follow the concept of the closed-loop ecosystem.
