A new business line – «Commercial Property» – was formed within LSR Group at the beginning of 2007 and a new subsidiary company «A+ Estate» was established.

The new business unit aims to create and manage prime office complexes that would remain modern and competitive in the market after 15 to 20 years due to unique architectural solutions as well as leading-edge technologies and equipment. Along with other LSR Group’s companies «A+ Estate» is engaged in several prime property projects not only in St. Petersburg but also in Moscow.

Today the company manages four buildings in St. Petersburg including officies in Paradny Kvartal, Apollo (8, Dobrolyubova Prospect), Gelios (47/49, Marata Street), Litera (10, Galernaya Street).
