ABC-Office is a property management company established in 2002 as a result of restructuring of the JSC Design and Technology Institute Orgtechstroi and Technosib, LLC.  

Today the company manages and possesses about 15 000 sq. m of office and warehouse space.

The company is a member of the Russian professional association of property managers called Guild of Property Managers and Developers. In June 2004 the company was nominated as Best Management Company of 2004 at the Real Estate Congress of Russia.  

In 2004 ABC-Office in collaboration with a number of Novosibirsk companies established a regional non-profit organization called Siberian Guild of Property Managers and Developers.
