CJSC “ARE-STP” was founded in 1992. It’s a subsidiary of Finnish company ARE Oy. On the installation stage of construction we do designing, installation and commissioning works for electrical equipment, HVAC systems, sanitary and technological equipment, automation, fire-fighting systems, video and entrance control for office buildings, hotels, shopping centers, different production and social objects. On the exploitation stage we provide services linked with management of facility exploitation, maintenance, repair and modernization of the various engineering systems within the commercial real-estate.

Our company can offer some modern energy- and cost-saving know-how (ARE Sensus, TEGG Service) that also bring additional value during exploitation of the commercial facility.
